Training at the gym has never been more difficult.  The long hours and high membership fees don’t deliver results.  With 30 minutes, two – three times a week, utilizing the outdoors, you’ll gain FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH and POWER to suit your goals!

Training at the gym has never been more difficult. The long hours and high membership fees don’t deliver results. With 30 minutes, two – three times a week, utilizing the outdoors, you’ll gain flexibility, strength and power to suit your goals.

One-on-One Training – 30 minutes

8 Sessions/Month*
12 Sessions/Month*

Two-on-One (Buddy) Training – 30 minutes

8 Sessions/Month*
12 Sessions/Month*

Three-on-One (Small Group) Training – 30 minutes

8 Sessions/Month*
12 Sessions/Month*

*       All sessions sold in packages of 8 or 12.

For first time clients, all packages include the following:

  • An assessment of your current fitness level.
  • A discussion of your fitness goals, how to achieve them and a goals timeline.

Package Policies:

  • Any cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions must be done 24-hours in advance or client will be charged for the session. We cannot reschedule individuals within semi-private or group sessions.
  • There are no refunds for missed or unused sessions.
  • All training packages expire within 90 days or at the end of the contracted training period, whichever comes first.
  • For all training packages, the minimum training frequency is two sessions per week.
  • All training must be paid for in advance.
  • All training must be paid in cash or via PayPal online.
  • Prices subject to change.
